Prevention measures

Following the Order of the Italian Ministry of Health issued on February 23 and other provisions issued by the competent authorities (local and national), we wish to inform you about Elmec temporary prevention plan, which is meant to safeguard our collaborators and guarantee their operational continuity, in compliance with the highest standards of quality and safety that our Company shares.

Elmec activated smart working for the majority of its workforce (90%), anyhow , all services are currently provided in full compliance with the service levels agreed with our customers. In the same period, if in-person meetings had been previously planned, we will prefer collaboration and videoconference tools when possible. However, an ongoing medical facility has been arranged at the headquarters to support and monitor the health measures we have taken.

We wish to inform you that a committee has been set up in order to manage the health crisis. We have foreseen four steps that will be taken accordingly depending on the evolution of the situation and the Orders that could be issued. These measures will comply with the timescales indicated by the competent authorities.

We trust you all share our precautionary plan, we will stay focused and our commitment and quality standards will not be affected. Thank you for your collaboration and understanding.
